The large common area with an open plan kitchen, dining area and entertainment area separates the bedrooms; two on each side, with the master bedroom opening out to the expansive balcony and the double bunkrooms situated behind, and divided by a shared bathroom. Ocean Blue Villa also has a very roomy kitchen that looks past the living room, through sliding doors.

Views from the vast balcony take in the beautiful vista of Titikaveka lagoon, one of the best swimming and snorkeling areas on Rarotonga or keep an eye on the kids playing in the homes large front yard... the kids can be watched without leaving your beer or deck chair on the balcony.

There is also two self contained studio downstairs that can be rented with the house should your numbers increase.
