Loved the Beach house. Had everything you needed and the beach was perfect. Swam with the turtles every morning. Also loved the fact we had the same 3 gorgeous dogs daily. Definitely will stay again

The perfect set uo for our family holiday. Tumutoa has a great big section right on the beach. The house has spacious luving areas really well appointed with everyting to make you feel right at hime. Loved it and would def stay here again.

Beautiful location! Family friendly, walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. Very convenient to have washer AND dryer especially with damp weather. We made good use of the kayaks, got to know the lovely neighbors, enjoyed walks on the beach, snorkeling and seeing turtles. It was a lovely stay!

Loved everything about our stay here. The home itself was clean, nicely furnished, very spacious with plenty of lounge space (both inside and on the deck), and had everything we needed for our 6-day stay. Location…perfect! We were blessed with amazing weather so having the kayaks to take out on the water each day was such a bonus. The large grassed yard was also great for our kids to run around - but note, as the accom is between two snorkelling companies, many cars were driving into the yard mistaking it for parking.
House was easy to find, instructions were clear for access, Eddie was super responsive. Thank you Eddie. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
