Arapati, is located in Vaimaanga, probably the best kept secret in terms of location on the island. The area is very quiet and has some of the cleanest, least populated white sand beaches in Rarotonga. Add to that, great swimming and snorkeling literally seconds from the house, and your vacation accommodation starts sounding pretty good.

The house itself is split level with downstairs a large bedroom with ensuite and sliding doors to the beachfront directly outside. The main living area is upstairs on the second floor. Because of the height and its position directly on the beach the outdoor living area gives a spectacular vista of the tropical lagoon, the reef and the ocean beyond. The home is surrounded by ancient ironwood trees, and, sitting on the verandah looking out to the sea feels a little like being in a tropical tree house.

The house is open plan with the living and dining areas outside under cover on a split level balcony. Also on the balcony is the BBQ and a day bed for post swimming/snorkeling snoozes. Through the indoor/outdoor living area is a well thought out kitchen that opens to the covered balcony and also gives great views of the lagoon. To the left is the master bedroom with ensuite, the bedroom also giving gorgeous views of the lagoon.

Although Arapati has been designed primarily for a couple, the extra bedroom with ensuite dowstairs make this a versatile options for two couples on holiday together.
